The bathroom was the bathroom was dirty there are hairs in the bathroom films on the wall the bed smells like mildew no pool

Good for a non-extended stay.

Pros: The showerhead and mini fridge.
Cons: Breakfast selections, repairing the drain in the room, installing a door sweep, more info on the facility at check-in.
Location: The location was nice; there were many restaurants to choose from and it was centrally located for our needs.
We booked online in advance and had no problems checking in or accessing our room, though there was little interaction beyond checking our id's and issuing us a key card. When we returned later to ask for the wifi password and an extra pillow, we were initially met with a blank look. Their was a tv channel guide on a placard in front of the tv - half of the channels on it didn't actually work. The tub in the bathroom had a drain that was broken, but the shower head was amazing and more than made up for the lack of a bath. They were also very skimpy with the towels - we only had two in the room, which we used to stick against the bottom of the room's door as there was a size able gap and no door sweep to keep out the insects/dirt. The AC worked lovely and kept us very cool for the periods of time that we weren't out and about. Other than that, it was a fairly pleasant stay; quiet and peaceful.

pool was closed and we were not informed

When we arrived it was hot and we wanted to go to the pool. It was closed due to a crack and it needed to be repaired. If we had known this, we would've stayed somewhere else. My 9 year old daughter was very disappointed.
