First non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray and glade air freshener. Replacement room was fine with the exception of the bathroom door lock not working and the outlet by the sink being a bit sketchy. Staff was very nice and helpful.

WORST PEOPLE EVER! THE PROPERTY SAYS PETS ALLOWED WHEN THEY ONLY ACCEPT DOGS, FINE, WE FOUND SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WAS TOLD BY BOTH TRAVELOCITY AND THE HOTEL THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. WOKE UP 3 DAYS LATER TO FIND THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAYS!! STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I TRIED TO CHECK IN AND EVEN WORSE WHEN I CALLED TO GET MY MONEY BACK. SCAM HOTEL, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The bathroom did not have any toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival. No kleenex either. The coffee machine was complete except there were not any cups for the coffee. Seems like a simple mistake, maybe? In the morning the continental breakfast was a joke. Two types of cereal with milk was the choice. No toast, no porridge, nothing warm. Tang for Orange Juice - really in 2026? We will avoid this place next time.

I never ate breakfast .. so I don't know about that. The room was clean. My only complaint was I paid for a few extra nights but I came back to my room just to find the housekeepers and I'm assuming one of the owners or management was also there. Getting ready to throw my belongings out because apparently there was a misunderstanding. So good thing I came back when I did or I'm sure my belongings would been in the trash . And not one person offered an apology..
