The spa experience was great both technically, we enjoyed hammam and reflexology from skilled therapists, as well as service wise. The staff made it an exceptional experience. The spa manager was very accommodating and moved therapists around so we could enjoy services during our short stay. We were there when it was very hot, and the air conditioning couldn't quite keep up with the heat, and the management supplied fans, and even moved us to a different room to help manage the heat."
