We got in really late and I had called ahead to give them an ETA. When we arrived the front desk attendant knew who I was. That was a nice touch. The beds here were super comfy. The room is average but it’s a cute property. I rated 3 stars because after getting settled in the room and were putting away left overs, we noticed a little roach running on the fridge. We were way too tired to call the front and ask for a new room. I imagine with always having new guest, staying on top of stuff like that can get daunting. But they may want to spray the whole hotel just in case they are in the verve of a big problem.

We reserved a specific room type and they gave that room away and we ended up in a basic queen. If I reserve and pay for a specific room, that's what I expect to recieve

Convenient location near many restaurants and a shopping mall. Only feet from the freeway. Nice green space within walking distance. Expensive “suite” room was priced the same for ground level as the upper levels with balconies and/or windows. Barely any amenities for the high price.
