From start to finish, the staff was very attentive to our needs. They also excelled in customer service and provided extra help with the usual as well as special questions about Tokyo. Great spot to travel from to see all that Tokyo has to offer. The train and subway system are very close and the Air Limousine bus from Haneda airport drops you off right by the hotel.

Hotel was very convenient to train stations to easily get around Japan and connected to TCAT next door to take the airport limousine bus to Narita/Haneda airports. Room was clean and quiet and roomy, although a bit outdated as others have mentioned. Service was exceptional as all staff we encountered were extremely polite and accommodating.

Nice location

Great location. Can get a subway without leavythe hotel. Stops under the hotel. Big rooms nice pillows and towel. Huge king bed.
