Really enjoyed the Onsen at this hotel, as well as the breakfast and the hotel restaurant for dinner. I would definitely stay here again. The view from the room was quite nice too, we faced the water from a high floor.

Room was very nice, and clean. Amenities were spot on and hotel service was great! Only issue was the bed. The bed was pretty firm however it is not a valid reason to take away a star!

I'm unsure if it is an issue being a hotel that hosts foreign travelers and nothing was said at the front desk. The onsen was spectacular. We opted out of the breakfast because it was expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at."
