Nice comfortable room that looks rather new. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My favorite feature is the spa as it is very clean and spacious. The hotel breakfast have quite a variety of choices. The location is walkable distance to the train station and along the way you get to walk pass clothing shops and restaurants. I will recommend this hotel!

Rooms could do with updating to match reception
Hotel is gorgeous with a lovely reception welcoming you. Our room was a basic studio room with a kitchenette, which lacked cleaning supplies/chopping board, meaning it couldn’t really be used for much cooking as we’d planned. However there was a clothes rack which was convenient for air drying clothes. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Decent location, very walkable from the hotel. Staff were friendly and polite.

I was pleasantly surprised at the kitchen, washer/dryer and the size of the room we had. The shower was a bit tiny and didn’t feel very sturdy. We stayed here less than 24hours on our way back to Tokyo. Maybe next time we will get to spend a few nights there so we can explore the town!
