Our beautiful ocean view unit is situated in upper Wailea Ekahi Village. It is a 952 square foot unit on the second floor with one bedroom and two full bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 guests. We are not equipped to host children younger than school aged. (5 years old and older please.) Two in the bedroom and two on the memory foam sofa sleeper. It is conveniently located near one of the quiet pools. Our double lanai has a beautiful spot for outdoor dining and enjoying the sunset in one of our two chaise lounges.
Our unit is situated near two grilling stations. One is just off our parking lot, and the other is just outside of the quiet pool near our unit. They have been recently updated. (2025) We also have an indoor / outdoor griddle as another option for our guests.
Ekahi now has a Fitness Center! 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the pavilion, for guests over the age of 18.
The large master suite has an updated master bedroom furniture with a Sterns and Foster Rockwell California king sized mattress. It is perfect for side, back and stomach sleepers. It is from their plush line, and it is SUPER comfortable! The bedroom also has dresser space, and a library. There is an adjoining dressing room and an updated bathroom with a glass block step-in shower. The second bathroom has a step-in shower as well (No tub).
Our location in the complex is ideal for those who love to golf, shop, walk, and enjoy the beach. For those who want to have some tee time, the following golf courses are nearby: Wailea Gold, Wailea Blue, and Wailea Emerald. For shoppers, our unit is within an easy 15- minute walk from our unit to the Shops at Wailea. This outdoor mall has a bit of everything from casual dining to gourmet restaurants. It also has an ABC Store as well as a specialty grocery store. For our walkers and beach lovers, it is a quick 7-minute walk down a beautiful greenbelt to Keawakapu Beach and Wailea's beachfront boardwalk. On the beach, you can enjoy snorkeling, boogie boarding and sun worshiping.
Our cleaning care professionals have been trained to properly follow all CDC, VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) and VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) guidelines and protocols. Their employees have been trained on proper cleaning techniques, including how to properly sanitize and disinfect various surfaces and the safe and proper usage of chemicals. In addition, all linens and towels are washed at high temperatures and an extra-long cycle to ensure that it has been sanitized properly. We will also have some cleaning items available for your use while in our unit.
There is a 5-night minimum stay in our unit during the winter months. There is a 3-day minimum stay during all other times of the year. 5% Discount for stays longer than 7 nights. 10% discount for stays longer than 28 days.
The cleaning fee is $260 plus tax. (Includes a deep cleaning that follows Covid cleaning protocols.)
We are a non-smoking and pet free unit.
The Pavilion is beautiful. There are three BBQs for guests to use at the pavilion as well as a kitchen area.
