The living room is comfortably furnished with a recliner and swinging chairs nicely pairing with the large flat screen TV. The unit has been tastefully decorated and stocked with just about anything you would need to enjoy your holiday! This one bedroom, two full bath unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests and with a second "private" lanai, offers a level of privacy not often seen in comparable condos. The full sized washer and dryer will help keep those beach towels cleaned and ready for your next adventure! One of our favorite aspects of the condo is its location. The unit is setback, away from the S. Kihei Rd. which results in quiet and peaceful atmosphere, however you're still approximately 25 yards away from the swimming pool. Your very own reserved parking stall is located just steps away from the front door, with communal gas BBQ's nearby. This property features lush tropical landscaping and beautiful ocean views, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs as well as tennis courts. Come and enjoy this luxurious unit that you will remember for years to come!
