Original room’s AC barely cooled , the temperature stayed at 23.5 degrees Celsius . After repeatedly complaining and getting the AC inspected they moved us to another room where the temperature would not fall below 22 degrees Celsius. Not a happy experience at this hotel . Will not return !!!! ...

"We booked this hotel through Expedia and, due to last minute changes in our travel plans, I contacted Expedia before check-in to request a date change. Expedia tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times, but unfortunately there was no cooperation from the hotel side, which was disappointing.
We checked in quite late and only spent a short time at the property. The hotel itself feels a bit dated and has fairly limited amenities for what is expected from a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool was also not operational during our stay. The buffet breakfast was average at best and did not meet the standard compared to other 5-star hotels we have stayed at.
The only real positive was the location, which was convenient and easily accessible."
