THE HEART OF OLD TOWN...
Charming Old Town home in the heart of Key West.  Located on Southard Street just steps from Duval's many restaurants and bars. You are in walking distance to museums, shopping, and Fort Zachary Taylor beach.  Relax on the front porch and watch the people walk by while sipping a cocktail or reading a book.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS AND FURNISHINGS...
This home has a beautiful, large master suite with king size bed just off the front porch with an adjoining spacious bath that offers a shower and a hanging closet.  Although the room is surrounded by windows that fills the room with soft, natural light, there are also blinds that offer privacy and shade for guests. There is a flat screen and dresser for your convenience. Youtube TV service is available in this home.

Walk up the spiral staircase to find 2 twins beds in a quiet loft, that can convert to a king, overlooking the kitchen and sitting area which has a pull out couch for two additional guests.  The updated private guest bathroom is located just off the renovated kitchen and has a glass tile shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and serving and has a breakfast bar for 2, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry.  The first floor guest room has a queen size bed with a hanging closet, luggage rack, flat screen TV and a dresser. 

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
French doors open to the private 40' heated pool with a back deck and four lounge chairs where you can spend the day in peace and quiet under the tropical landscaping. The back deck also has a grill and table that are ideal for dining Al Fresco.  Your best friend can enjoy the fully fenced yard in this pet friendly home as well.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the cash lot just a block away (800 block of Southard) for $15/day.

We rode the Key West Express and arrived around noon. We were able to get into the house right away. My family and I absolutely loved everything about this home. The space, pool & location were perfect.

We came and stayed for 3 nights, my wife and my service animal. We had a great time, the location is excellent, the house with the private pool was also exactly what we wanted and it was perfect. We did have a couple of minor issues that should be noted.I had received bites while sleeping in the master bedroom that resembled bed bug bites. I cant confirm there were bed bugs but the bites looked exactly like it. The only other issue was with check out. The cleaning lady showed up almost 15 minutes before we had to be checked out, after I let the property manager know we would be checking out exactly at check out time via text, because they asked. I told her we weren't ready yet and she sat and waited on the porch while i continued to load the car. This can be handled better.We would consider staying again next time we come back.

Wonderful Stay! The house was in a perfect location to explore Old Town Key West. The house was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was icing on the cake. We would stay there again without hesitation. We were able to find on street parking close to the house. Even if we hadn't found on street parking, there was a pay to park lot about 2 blocks North on Southard that seemed to always have open spaces. Being a little older, we would Uber to Mallory Square and then spend our time walking back down Duval. When we were in the Margaritaville store a few blocks away, We purchased a "Lost Shaker of salt" salt shaker that will fondly remind us of our stay.The property manager was very responsive and made the check in process very easy. We are looking forward to a return trip and this house will be our first choice.

The Perfect Spot!

Amazing location!

We loved the house and really loved the location. We could get everywhere on foot. We loved spending the afternoons at the pool. Perfect for our teenagers. Shana was so great with answering all questions. Very clean and stocked well. Be aware the parking is tough, would definitely skip the car rental next time!

I stay at alot of rentals and rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one! Our party included myself and two best friends, and we loved all having our own space (note that the loft does not have a door like a traditional bedroom, but this worked for us). The space is gorgeous and airy, and very clean. The location was fantastic --close enough to walk easily to Duval, but far enough removed from noise/hustle and bustle. The outdoor spaces were inviting...the pool area felt very private and secluded and the front porch was great for morning coffee and sun. Highly recommend!
