I could’ve been a better kitchen area. There was no proper coffee maker, and it was tight. It would’ve been nice to have a microwave and a bigger fridge.

Room was a little dated but clean. Front desk is top notch and friendly. AC is dated but works. Off street parking was available in the area. But, during busy time parking can be difficult to find or very expensive. Great location for us.

I loved the quaint peaceful feeling of the Fitch Lodge. It was a great location allowing us to be close to the seaport and only a short bike ride to the action on Duval St. Our room had excellent bedding and pillows, and a private porch over-looking the pool. My only suggestions would be adding a hot element like a breakfast sandwich to the grab and go breakfast, and larger nightstands able to hold personal belongs, water, and a lamp. But all in all, a great historic hotel I hope to return to someday.

The place is a mess. The advertise an 1890s vibe, but it is more like a “renovated in the 1990s and now everything is worn and stained” vibe. We had multiple problems (no pillows, room keys wouldn’t work), and every time the staff was extremely rude. Look elsewhere.

AC was so loud and wasn’t working properly that we weren’t able to sleep well. Mattress was not comfortable. There’s nothing special about the amenities for ~$300 nightly price. It’s an old lodge and there aren’t investments on renovations to upkeep customer satisfactions. We got ‘vip perks’ that is only free of 1 drink per guest, which is a can of soda / beer.
