Staff was very nice but the room was not. I’m sure there were Better rooms that are more like the pictures but felt dirty. I brought 4 pairs of fuzzy socks and after 2 nights of just walking from the bed to the bathroom they were dirty. Overpriced in my opinion

We didn’t know about charges for Amenities, no one told us at checking, when we booked it, there was not mention of it. Their WiFi didn’t work, we didn’t use pool as it was do small and not heated. We didn’t use pool towels and one would expect the WiFi was part of booking a room. The room was very pricey.

Room bathroom floor was dirty with standing water. Door had a big gap under it and we put towels up against it. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. You had to walk across a busy street just to get coffee in the lobby and walk back with very hot coffee burning your hands. Staff were great and I didn't say anything because they were booked

We had a fantastic experience at this inn. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready with great recommendations for dining and local spots to explore. Their hospitality really elevated our stay. The property was super clean and well maintained, which made it feel both comfortable and welcoming. The location is ideal — easy walking distance to Duval Street and the boardwalk, so we were close to everything while still enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Key West.

Staff was very nice. Room was ok, toliet leaked creating a slip hazard in our room. Extra towels were brought in for us to wipe up till we checked out. No where to sit outside. Too deck was full and pool was full. Both areas are small.
