Lobby not easy to reach as one arrives, its on a different floir and one has ti take 2 different ekevatirs, we stilk got lost. The rooms are a labyrinth to find. Decor is outdated, we stayed fir one night and had the furthest room on the floor, nit comfortable

Newly renovated

Pros: It looks brand new. Numerous close choices for dining and entertainment
Location: Too many to describe. 5 minute cab ride from MIA
Looks like a major renovation since my last stay. Amazing job

Elegant Hotel

Pros: Rooms were well-designed, chic and clean. Every staff member I came in contact with was very professional, courteous and helpful. Loved the Game Room.
Cons: I stayed on the 5th Floor and had to run the water for approx. 15-20 mins. before I had warm to hot water.
Location: The hotel is located in a beautiful location with wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed the pool, game room and relaxing in various parts of the Hotel with friends and relatives. It was a very comforting and soothing environment. In addition, I was a guest at a wedding in the Hotel and everything was organized beautifully and we all had a spectacular time.
