"We were not informed in advance that valet parking was subject to a $35 fee, which was an unexpected charge. Additionally, we have experienced ongoing difficulties with the television channels not functioning properly. The lighting in the hallways and on the third floor remains inadequate, and the air conditioning system is not operating efficiently. The Wi-Fi connection was consistently slow and unreliable. The breakfast options were notably limited for the price we were paying, and the website did not clearly disclose details regarding meal inclusions or parking policies. Based on these issues, we do not intend to return to this property in the future."
