We traveled with our three-year-old, and while there weren’t many young children at the resort, we consistently felt welcomed. Every staff member we encountered was kind and accommodating, which made a big difference for our family. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The team went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, and a special thank you to Nat and his team for their attentiveness and warmth. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the heat), the beds were great, and the daily housekeeping kept everything feeling fresh and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—easily one of the best we’ve experienced. There was an incredible variety of options, all fresh, well-prepared, and consistently replenished. The pool and beach areas were equally fantastic. Many guests have private pool villas, which meant the main pool was never crowded and easy to enjoy, especially with a toddler. The baby pool was a thoughtful and much-appreciated addition. We also attended one of the resort’s special buffet celebration nights, which we highly recommend. The food was excellent, and the live entertainment—including fire dancers, music, and traditional performances—made for a memorable evening. Overall, this was a relaxing, family-friendly trip!"
