Service au restaurant The Nest déplorable, l'hôte nous demande tous les matins ce que l'on souhaite en boisson mais ne nous les apporte jamais ! Ils font juste de la politesse en surface. La plupart des cuisiniers ne parlent pas anglais, difficile d'émettre notre commande ... Les serveurs ne sont pas du tout réactif, ils nous disent "oui" à notre demande mais ne viennent jamais ! On doit se débrouiller tout seul.

This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed out. The hotel itself was well laid out and clean, the pools were plentiful with spare loungers most of the day, kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was exceptional, it even beat some of the all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Mexico! Rooms were amazing, very large with the most amazing shower and bath. Water replenished daily (we weren’t all inclusive) beach was beautiful and sea was amazingly warm and great to swim in. I absolutely loved it, thank you for your hospitality. My granddaughter's spent a lot of time in a kid's club that was very helpful for us. Kid's activities were amazing, including movie nights. We didn't have an all including packet, but we enjoyed the happy hours that were from 12pm to 10 pm . It will be great if you have a dress code for breakfast because ladies came to a restaurant straight from the gym. They were wearing a sport bra and a sport shorts. Actually, it wasn't nice, indeed.

Nice relaxing stay

We had a very nice relaxing stay. Hotel facilities were good, service staff at the bar and the restaurant and pool boys were all amazing. Check in was very smooth and Jim was very helpful in arranging our slog Lanta taxi which was a wonderful trip. Restaurants in the hotel were not very good as we had expected them to be. The food was not tasty except the breakfast buffet which was very different and excellent and had everything from all over the world. Only problem was that we stayed for 4 nights and they asked us to clear the outstanding bill after 3rd night and not during the check out which we found for a 5-star hotel not an elegant practice. Also on the day of checkout they called us at 8:30 am in the morning to remind us that this was our day of checkout and asked if they can send someone already at 8:30 am to help with luggage even when we told them that we wanted to checkout at 12. It was a bit too much and we felt a bit harassed.
