Perfect stay for a family of 4! The condo had everything we needed in terms of beach supplies and toys as well as a fantastic lanai. The quiet lagoon and 2 different pools make it feel like you are away from everything but you are also a quick drive away from the shopping area (Costco, Safeway, Target, lots of restaurants) if you need anything. Keith and Nalani are also nothing incredibly warm hosts and helpful. When we come back we won't look anywhere else, we would book this unit in a heartbeat.

Keith and Nalani were excellent hosts, and so welcoming. The unit itself was perfect (clean, luxurious, spacious, quiet) and fully-equipped with everything we needed as a family of four. The main lanai has incredible ocean views and we spent many hours relaxing on it. The building itself was excellent with nice pools, a great gym, fun beach-front bar, easy parking, fast elevators and walking distance to restaurants. We had a fantastic vacation!

The villa was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views from every angle of the patio. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were welcomed and given a tour of the facility and of our villa. The hosts made check in easy. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Hawaii.

Perfect for our Family

My wife and kids (10 and 6) stayed here for a week and it was the perfect setup. I loved having a separate bedroom for the kids, and especially with two twin beds so they didn't bother each other too much, and each had their own space.The kitchen was state of the art, sometimes to the point we didn't know how to use appliances but we figured it out. Our property manager Nalani was wonderful, and even met us when we arrived to show us around. She was very responsive and friendly.It was just the right amount of space, and the entire facility was easy to get around in, and especially nice that it was close to shopping centers.

Beautiful villa and views

My family enjoyed our stay in paradise at this beautiful Villa. Nalani and Keith along with their son were their to greet us upon arrival and showed us around the property on our way to the villa. The villa had beautiful views of the ocean and pools. Our beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed spending time at the pool bbqing, swimming and relaxing. We used the beach chairs from our villa to lounge at the Lagoon and watch the sunset. We had a lovely time. From booking to check-out, Nalani and Keith communicated to us which made it an easy process. We would definitely book this villa again on our next trip to the island.

Ko Olina Vacation

My wife and I have experienced many VRBO properties and this one is truly exceptional, The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and very modern. The grounds are peaceful with two swimming pools, hot tubs, lush tropical landscaping and coy ponds. The area itself away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu with plenty of great very good restaurants near by. Keith and Nalani truly exemplify the the hospitality of Hawaiian tradition. Fantastic!

Definitely Coming Back!

This is a very beautiful property with great beach access to nearby lagoon. The hosts Nalani and Keith were very responsive, and ensured you had everything needed to make you feel at home. The condo is fully stocked for all your needs: pack & play, beach chairs, even a blender for some frozen drinks! Awesome location with Disney, Four Seasons and Marriott a nearby walk to also visit. The lagoons make for the most picturesque sunset every night. We will be returning for sure!

Perfect property and exceptional hosts!

Our stay in this condo was exactly what we were hoping for. Not only did the condo live up to our expectations, but the entire Beach Villas property made for a perfectly relaxing vacation. On top of loving the property, more importantly for us was that the hosts, Keith and Nalani, went above and beyond for us during the check-in process. Because our flight was delayed by 18 hours, we were expected to land on Oahu at 4 AM. Even though it was super early in the morning, both Nalani and Keith took the time to monitor our flight and contacted us after we landed. Then they were both at the property to check us in and help with our luggage and parking. Also, Nalani normally gives a walking tour of the property and surrounding grounds, but because we had had such a long travel day, she was kind enough to instead shorten the tour and just point out specifics from the balcony. We would not hesitate at all to come and stay at this property in the future. It was perfect!

Ahhhh, relaxation

We loved the villa. Very clean, very well kept, quiet and nicely decorated. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the workout facilities, the pool, the walking paths, and the lagoons. We enjoyed the mornings and we enjoyed the evenings on the balcony watching the beautiful scenery before us. Finally, our hosts were very kind, helpful and even took time to show us around the place. Mahalo

Lovely Stay

The perfect stay in a roomy fully stocked condo. The views are wonderful of the lagoons and the pools. Everything you might need is in walking distance. So much sightseeing to do, so bring a car. We will be back. Loved the place.
