We enjoy your stay here. Our toilet was leaking they came a fix it right away....the beds were amazing. The staff was amazing.

Most awful customer service experience. Both person(that were on duty in 18/and the19th) at the front desk acted as if weren’t there, waiting.

Construction mess. Room smelled funny. Woke to no water. No place to hang any clothes. Husband lay awake for 2 1/2 hours listening to traffic on I-70 right next to hotel. Personnel nice.

A nice hotel for the price. The ONLY thing I did not like was the pillows. Too hard but that is the only things. For the price, the hotel is a great place to stay.

The hotel was full of sketchy people, there was a drunk guest standing at the front counter who the counter employee seemed more interested in flirting with than helping us check in. The first room we were given was filthy and hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest stayed in it and reeked of smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. The plug in the bathroom of the second room we were given didn't work and the hotel staff didn't seem to care after we told them about the issue. Just a general dump hotel that I would never recommend anyone stay at.
