Overall the unit had what was offered, view and all amenities. Could have freshened up prior to our arrival as it rendered a stale musty smell throughout the unit. The bed & sheets the same musty smell. Unit needs upgrades. The instruction for keys is not complicated. Would've been nice that the correct keys for the all doors were in place. The key for the front door screen was the pool key. Once we locked the screen door we were unable to unlock to gain access back into the unit as we had a pool key. Called Managing Broker Blake from Knutson to get help but all he could hear is that we locked ourselves on the Lanai. Blake continued to share the lease terms to rekeying and how we would be responsible. Finally he came to understanding the issue at hand. He shared a key vendor would be called to help us out on our expense, no copy of keys (Why?) The main office downstairs said they don't have keys but would try some keys that may work Yes! success one of the office keys worked. Stephanie from Knutson arrived with some keys one of them worked so Knutson has a key now, gezzz. FYI the Lanai has no key which is an issue if you shut the door all the way outside you've just locked yourself out without a way to get back in. It's in the lease about the door, just fix it!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR CELL PHONE WITH YOU to call Knutson talk with Stephanie not Blake (no compassion) Never had "room stress" first days on vacation. There's more about management but just don't book here.

Location is very convenient to historic sites, shopping & beaches. This unit has a great view and has enough space for a couple or a small family. Also full kitchen to cook. Only thing that was negative was that there was a strong stuffy odor in the bedroom so we lighted candle, incense sticks & opened bedroom window for couple days and it went away. Suggest that Owners air the unit frequently
