Beautiful view but cheap on supplies
The website on this property is accurate. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly. The dials on the stove are worn off. None of the electrical outlets work in the upstairs bathroom. There is no garbage disposal. The toilet paper provided is single ply, which is not what one would expect in any expensive rental property. The towels were of high quality. The double mattress in the downstairs bedroom needs to be flipped and turned or replaced. Please note that there is no ocean access from the yard. The owners should better maintain this property or reduce the price. We stayed for a week in February 2024 and are permanent residents of Oahu.

Amazing weekend!
My husband and I were looking for a beach side stay for our wedding location and also a place for our family to also stay with us. Our first reactions when we walked in the door was just “wow”! The house is beautiful! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The backyard is also the perfect location for a small wedding (we did it during sunset) and the pictures turned out amazing! Our weekend honestly couldn’t have been any better!

Location was amazing!! House was great!! Great neighborhood!!! ONLY downside was no blinds on sliding glass doors to prevent afternoon sun from reflecting off water and into the living room but would book again - no problem. Was my family’s first time here and they LOVED it

It has amazing views at sunset. The beach is not very user friendly as far as snorkeling but, there are tons right down the road. It has AC but doesn't really down the space so it was very warm during our stay.

Incredible place! Perfect
This is a great place with a perfect location. So close to everything on the North Shore and yet super private and quiet. It was like we had our own private beach. Rocks right in front of unit but very short walk either way to sand. Beautiful. Close by farmers markets for fresh fruit. Can't recommend enough. Would stay here again. All communication was great and so friendly. We loved it. So sad to leave

Lovely Family Reunion Celebration
This was the first big trip with just the adults, and the property was just a dream. There was plenty of room for 6 adults, spotlessly clean, and the view was unbelievably beautiful. Quiet and relaxing but close to great snorkeling and cute towns. I highly recommend it!

Perfect North Shore house for family
The best view you could ever ask for. Spacious, comfortable, in a good spot near great beaches. Couldn’t be happier with our time on the north shore and would suggest a house up here over a hotel down south any day!
