"The room was comfortable and the terrace was a lovely feature, which we appreciated during our stay. The hotel is also well located for exploring Budapest. Unfortunately, there were several service issues that affected our experience. We requested room cleaning in the morning, but when we returned in the afternoon, the room had still not been serviced. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing particularly memorable. The most disappointing part was at check-out, when we were charged for two days of breakfast even though we had only booked breakfast for one day. While the staff acknowledged the error and advised that the extra charge would be refunded to our bank account, it was not a pleasant way to end our stay. Overall, the room itself was nice, but the service and billing issues left us with a less positive impression than we had hoped for."

"The property in the center of the city where in beggining was hard to find but once you get there with the car the friendly staff help park the car for some fee. The room which was booked was nice, divided in 2 areas shower and a closet, and a night one. The restaurant was simple and the food options was good taste. The location was in the city center where was easy to get anywhere you wish to go."
