Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Room was upgraded(obviously can't count on that every time) and pristine. Bed was comfy, turn down service. Literally zero complaints.

This is an excellent hotel in the heart of Budapest. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is very clean and the service is excellent. The rooms are just fine for what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.
