Overall, average.

We were only here for one night, and overall it was just fine. The location was kind of odd, so we originally missed our turn. The room seemed clean enough, but the shower did have some mold stains in the grout. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was basic. There was a pancake machine, but we were in a hurry. The little omelettes were probably previously frozen: they had an odd taste to them.

The first room I was put it didnt have a working door. Than I was moved to a different room. That one was fine but very musty. The room was damp and felt disgusting. The breakfast staff hardly spoke english and had a hard time assisting me. The property overall was fine otherwise.

I did not know there was an animal fee as this website just states "pet friendly" so we stayed with our two small dogs. I received a phone call on the second day stating we needed to pay the 80$ for the dogs which we had no problem doing once we got back to the hotel. Once we arrived to the hotel we found that we were locked out of our room with all our belongings inside because we hadn't paid this fee that we weren't even aware of . This management group is ridiculous and has no tact. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. We were there to collect a dead family members ashes and these low life's made the experience even worse. They were so unprofessional and disgusting.

Making reservation, checking in & checking out was easy. Room was in 4th floor. Room was right beside the elevator (noise did not bother us), ice/vending machine did not work, went to 1st floor to get ice, no ice machine had to go to 2nd or 3rd floor for ice. Breakfast was very good, parking was safe.
