Clean room, quiet, easy to find behind the awesome 7 brews coffee. The staff was SO nice and helpful! I had never stayed in this area and I’m a single woman and I felt Very safe! Room had everything I needed. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!

The room is a good size. However, bathroom was not cleaned well with caulking missing and mold on grout. Also very odd to not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Great stay

Second year we visited Jax, stayed in same hotel because we had a great experience last year. Only complaints I have is that we had a few nights where parking was unavailable due to I believe an excess of parents in town with their kids for a soccer tournament. Additionally to that point, the kids were in the pool (loud) till midnight several nights, however they didn't personally disturb us as we were on the 3rd floor. I'm sure other guests didn't appreciate that, though. Overall another good stay, will be back next year for sure.
