Don’t believe their website

Horrible experience. Again, horrible experience. Don’t ignore my comments because it will happen to you with this terrible hotel. It’s not even a hotel. It’s a real estate office that checks you in then they will take to a remote residential old stinky building about 10 minuets walk away. There is no elevator. You have to haul your own luggage 3 stories to get to your “”suit””. Maybe about 25sf total area. Lights are burnt out and there was old hair and pubbies still in the bed and sheets. Dirty pillows and cases. No air condition, as remote was not working. Shower had mold all over. Top of the bed on wall was full of mold. When complained I was told pretty much to go and screw myself as they already got their money from Travelocity. Big NOOOOOOO.

Hi Thank you for review but we dont accept that. if you read our web-side and check it you will see we have three different buildings and a few minutes walking distance to each other. also we have suites and rooms. that means if you pay less money and if you book room that means you can not stay suite room. we have only 14 rooms and suites and three housekeeping is working that means we are very hard working for cleaning service.Aicondition is working very well but you should close your window when it works. otherwise it seems like a not working enough. you are complaining elevator too but we never say Sultanahmet Suites apartment has elevator. please read carrefully about details when you make a reservation.
