Very elegant. Almost like a museum with antiques in glass boxes all over the hotel. Which I absolutely loved. The staff was very kind and attentive. The location was perfect very close to the grand bizarre. Lots of fun shopping nearby. The food was great in the restaurant. I would 100% stay here again. It was also super clean and I loved my balcony Sunset view

This place was PERFECT. We were walkable to all the sights on our list. Minutes from Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Palace —the staff was amazing. When we arrived Ziya helped us plan our entire stay. His help was invaluable—we felt extremely safe and the room was wonderful. Top notch linens and it had everything we could ask for AND a view!!! Would stay again in a minute.

Beautiful property with incredible food and views in the restaurant. The location was perfect to walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Very safe and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room clean and ready. The air conditioner and heater did not work. It became hot during day and cold at night. We could not open windows because someone below always smoked. Someone had smoked before in the room. Beds were good. There was no microwave of coffee maker. Breakfast was included but was not special. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location was about 10 minutes from the mosques. Overal it's a 3 star place.
