The service was above abd beyond. The hitek was beautiful. Breakfast each day was wonderful and brought to our room. My onky complaint would be the bed was so hard i got very little sleep. That coupled with how noisey it was all around us. Everything else was great.

Yes, the hotel is nearby restaurants in the corner of Burger King. There is Chinese restaurant next to it and always busy so food must be good. My housekeeper Binnaz and Ayse, they are great people, very accommodating. The front desk crew especially Hussein( not sure if spelled correctly) very helpful and courteous and so is the other guy at front desk. Overall, I loved everything , my stay was comfortable and I will definitely recommend this hotel to travelers like me. Great hotel and you get the value of money you paid for: BTW, I love the daily breakfast and is delivered to your room. Love it!

The location is perfect for walking anywhere you’d like, we haven’t take ground transportation during our stay (8 nights). Staff are very friendly and helpful, their compliment Turkish coffee tastes amazing. Definitely coming back!!!

I've been to Istanbul 6 times and each time stayed at different hotels. This was by far THE WORST (do yourself a favor and avoid this place). The manager is very stingy and has the ac turned off every 2 hrs and we couldnt sleep at all!! Breakfast that we had to pay for and was an absolute joke - it was just bread and olives with nutella/jam and 1 boiled egg and they called it a "continental breakfast". Pillows and mattress were big/hard and caused neck pain. Manager was very rude and defensive when i brought up these issues to him but the rest of the staff were kind.
