Great location, easy walking distance to main tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Tram stop close by. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure your stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely come back to this hotel again.

The Hotel was excellent from the moment we walked in and were greeted by a well knowledgeable gentleman, who took care of all our check in process. The cleanliness was exceptional and the area around the hotel was very diverse with countless shops and dining options.

My family and I stayed in the junior suites and absolutely loved it. The hotel is modern and new and all the rooms are bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. Rooms were cleaned everyday with new towels provided daily. The bathroom shower is nice and big, which I loved. The rooms came with complimentary fruit and water as well. Breakfast is bought to the rooms very fast- usually within 10 mins and includes a good range of bread, pastries, cheeses, vegetables and egg. Staff at reception were amazing, especially Hussain and the manager who was full of knowledge of where to go and best places to eat. They also helped book my sisters transfer back much cheaper than by doing it ourselves. The hotel is only a couple of metres away from the main strip, but far away enough that you don’t have to hear traffic/ street noise too much. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Hagia Sofia. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely book here again. A big Thank you to all the staff there!

Hotel was very clean and rooms were a good size. The toilet and shower was very clean with great water pressure. What made this stay memorable and enjoyable was definitely the staff both in the morning and evening giving us such a hospitable service and information of the local area and reasonable pricing of good so we don't over pay. Would definitely stay here again should I ever visit Istanbul again

Everything about our stay at the Emerald Mansion was wonderful!! Everything was new and the rooms were immaculately clean. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, and the tram was only a few steps away. The staff, particularly Husejn and Mustafa, were so kind and helpful. Husejn helped us organize airport transfer to and from the airport, offered to help call taxis if needed, gave recommendations of things to see, etc to make sure our stay was great. We left one of our phones in a taxi on the first night and he tried to help us track it down. We are already looking forward to our next stay! 10/10 recommend!

Room was nice and staff polite. Unfortunately, the hotel is under construction and the noise started at 7am, the room had flying bugs throughout my stay, housekeeping needs more training on cleaning and because there is no sound proofing, I was disturbed by the conversations and noises in lobby and hallway all day and night.

Elegantly & homey hotel

Brand new, 2 months old tastefully decorated boutique hotel in a small street, tons of resto and stores around including grocery stores, money changer, souvenir shops. We stayed for 8 nights , got 2 rooms. The weather was quite erratic. There was one full day with no water ... but it affected almost the whole city of Istanbul ( not the hotel's fault at all ) but management was quick to send several bottles of water to freshen up which was highly appreciated:) As Faith is a lively neighborhood, you may hear cars honking if your room is fronting the street. This didn't bother me... but if you're a light sleeper I strongly suggest you request for a room at the back end on of the building Its my 2nd time in Istanbul and will definitely book & stay again at Emerald Mansion Hotel

First of all, a huge thank you to Engin, Hussein, Murat and everyone at Emerald Mansion Hotel for being such wonderful hosts! They were warm, pleasant and welcoming from the moment I arrived at the hotel and Engin was more than happy to help plan my itinerary on days I made few plans. Hussein was equally as hospitable when booking my itinerary. I really cannot fault my stay at Emerald Mansion Hotel; it’s clean, new, comfortable and within striking distance to Sultanahmet Square where you can visit the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. Emerald Mansion Hotel is close to Çemberlıtaş tram station also so you can travel to Topkapi and Dolmabahçe Palaces easily. The hospitality here is amazing and it really made my stay in Istanbul special. A huge thank you to Hussein who gave me bottles of water when there was a disruption to the water supply to the old city, and to Murat who helped out with my Istanbulkart and payments when I had a bit of a mini-meltdown. Not only was he a calm in the situation, he was empathetic - I will never forget his generosity! I highly recommend the Emerald Mansion Hotel if you want the boutique hotel experience in Sultanahmet. Once again, thank you all for the wonderful stay and it was such a pleasure meeting you all!!

I highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Istanbul to choose Emerald Mansion Hotel. During my four night stay, all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I loved their breakfasts, the rooms are lovely, and the location is perfect for walking or taking the tram to all the major sites in the city. They also offer transfer service to and from the airports, which I found really helpful. All around perfect place to stay!
