This place was very beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was close enough for walking to main points of interest. Really our only complaint would be the noise level in the room at night. Our windows faced an empty courtyard where every noise from the streets, water pouring out of a next buildings pipe and really noisy birds just echoed in the courtyard and amplified the noise. That and the extremely hard mattress made for sleepless nights. However, it is a great hotel, breakfast was good and delivered to your room.

The service was above abd beyond. The hitek was beautiful. Breakfast each day was wonderful and brought to our room. My onky complaint would be the bed was so hard i got very little sleep. That coupled with how noisey it was all around us. Everything else was great.

Absolutely amazing. The concierge were amazing. The cleanliness was amazing. Right downtown. 2 min walk to the tram. Lots of coffee places and eating places nearby. Grand bazaar around the corner. Simply perfect.

Decor was really nice, staff was accommodating and the cleaners were on top of their job. We did have some issues with some of the amenities such as the shower area not sealed properly which resulted in water coming out. I wish there were more outlets by the bed but overall solid place and close to all the major sight seeing areas

Everything was as expected and as per the website description. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. As per the description it’s in the old part of Istanbul and there is a lot of character in the area. The manager and staff were most friendly and welcoming. Offering drinks on arrival and happy to chat and provide advice. While it’s a small hotel it is beautifully decorated with several beautiful Turkish artefacts. An easy ten minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet Mosque. A special thank you to the manager Murat for his hospitality and sharing his knowledge. Well worth a visit.

The hotel is well located, walking distance to all the sights in the old town and right next to tram stations. Lots of shops and restaurants also right nearby. Area felt so safe. The hotel itself was beautiful, we had twin room it was spacious and very clean. The staff were amazing, the beds were extremely comfortable, I would highly recommend this hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Emerald Mansion. From the moment of check-in, to arranging for airport transfer, Hussein and his colleagues were very kind and professional. The continental breakfast was enough to start my tourist day. My economy room was small, but appeared to be recently renovated & had a window that I could open.

Decoration is superb and everything looks just like the pictures Perfect shower and comfy bed We got the family suite that allows up to 4 people There’s a room with a king size bed and two individual sofa in the living room that could be converted into individual beds (not as comfortable as a real bed of course) They are very kind and helpful at the reception and always tying to help BUT we had to pay extra 35 euros a day for our daughter’s breakfast who joined us (room allowed 4 people so a third person was perfect) and we informed she could not have lactose or gluten due to medical indication Unfortunately the breakfast is not buffet so even when they bring a nice plate with savory and sweet options to your rooms is sort of limited and they included yes the lactose free milk (no lactose free yogurt or fruits to complement the coffee) and two out of 3 days they brought some slices of gluten free bread that was all one day she could barely eat anything … and we paid 35 euros for her breakfast supplement …. So I don’t recommend the breakfast option even the less if you have dietary restrictions Additionally I found the room to be very noisy since it was first floor and on a busy street But we could accept that in order to be in such a good location near all landmarks The rebound trip service to airport that we hired worked perfectly thank you

Room was clean and cozy. Staffs were very friendly. But I wish every room had USB chargers. I tried to charge my devices, but the wall outlets were different size and shape, and I forgot to bring myinternational adapter. Bad luck !

The property is very clean and in a great location. It a 10-15 minute walk from many attractions. Staff were also nice. Breakfast was just ok, it was the same every day and the portions kept getting smaller and smaller. We ended up buying some fruits and yogurt at a grocery store to supplement.

The people working on the front desk, the housekeepers and manager were super welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect, walking distance to the main attractions. I fell in love with the hotel decor. The bedroom and bathroom are super beautiful. The only thing I was not happy about was the breakfast, it’s close to nothing, I ended up going to the supermarket close by and bought some bread and iogurt to leave in my room for breakfast.
