L’hôtel est très bien situé à 2 pas du quartier animé d’Istiklal où l’on trouve tout ce qu’il faut (boutiques, restauration, transports..) sur place et jusque tard la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner proposé dans le café en face est excellent, et avec un service et personnel au top ! En revanche en ce qui concerne l’hôtel les prestations sont franchement décevantes : l’accueil ou il n’y a jamais personne, un numéro whatsapp pour les joindre. J’ai demandé une fois un fer à repasser je n’ai pas pu l’obtenir. Le 3e lit que nous avions demandé pour notre enfant de 3 ans et pour lequel nous avions payé un supplément (chambre triple) a été posé dans lit fermé dans la chambre nous ne l’avons finalement pas utilisé. La chambre mal aménagé une colonne entre le lit et la télé empêche de voir la télé. Levier de salle de bains trop petit qui faisait que nous avion un plan toujours mouillé.
