Nice hotel, very clean and immaculate condition, the breakfast was amazing choice! Nicely presented hotel throughout could not fault it. The location is very central in the centre, staff are very nice and polite. Would definitely return there next time I am In Istanbul.

Scammy airport transfer and smelly room

Room smelled like dirty drains. We had to use towels to block the sinks because the smell was unpleasant. We also requested the airport transfer service and the reception told us we could pay 1400 TLR by card to the taxi driver - when we arrived at the airport the driver said that it was cash only. In the end he magically found a card machine but he charged us extra 200 TLR

A wonderful stay

I had an amazing stay at Beethoven Senfoni hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming.The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff makes this place really shine. Overall, the locaton, cleanless, atention to detaila of a well trained staff and eager to help, make this place an excelent choice for an unforgettable vaccation to Istanbul. I stayed in a deluxe double bed. The room was clean, not big, but with enough room to walk around the bed. The streets around are busy you can hear some noise at night as they don't seem to have double glazing. After a very busy day exploring I slept ok, waking every now and then by moving cars. Breakfast was good, they make an effort to have different choices daily. At checkout I was asked to pay for drinks from the mini bar, which I never consumed. The staff were helpful. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Muy buen Hotel y buena atencion.

Habitaciones algo pequeñas, pero con todas las comodidades necesarias, aire acondicionado, Mini-Bar para uso personal y con bebidas (de pago), hervidor de agua con servicio de Te y Cafe, agua embotellada "gratis" todos los dias. Baño algo justo, pero suficiente. Buen desayuno, variado y de buena calidad. Atencion excelente por parte del personal, desde recepcion hasta el desayuno, pasando por el personal de limpieza. Obviamente, necesitaria lentamente alguna renovacion, se esta quedando obsoleto. Aun asi, volveria de nuevo otra vez.

We stayed at Hotel Beethoven Senfoni and had a really pleasant experience from the very beginning. The staff were kind, helpful, and always available to answer our questions — especially when it came to getting around Istanbul. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, perfect for resting after long days of exploring the city. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere at night. Breakfast was varied and generous, with both Turkish and continental options — a great way to start the day full of energy. The location is also very convenient: just a short walk to the tram and within easy reach of Sultanahmet, without being right in the middle of the busy tourist areas. Another detail we loved: they kept our luggage after check-out, which gave us the freedom to enjoy the city a little longer without carrying bags. In short, this hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, well-located, and friendly place to stay in Istanbul. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend it!

Tout est bien l’hôtel rien à dire la propreté le calme la gentillesse du personnel mais faite très attention en partant de l’hôtel on m’a demander de payer 46 euro parce que le mini frigo qui étais dans la chambre c’etais en extra sachant qu’on m’a rien dis en arrivant donc on s’est biensur permis de boire les boissons et les chocolat qui avait dans cela m’a vraiment déçu, ils auraient dû me prévenir à l’arrivée .

Vi er ikke fornøyd med oppholdet da de oppgir feil informasjon om størrelsen på rommene. Vi bestilte deluxe rom som er på 25 (kvm) og fikk bitteliten rom. Når vi klagde fikk vi vite at de ikke har noe større rom. Vi fikk ikke det vi hadde betalt for. Snakket med en annen gjest/reisende som også hadde fått ødelagt ferien sin.
