Perfectly adequate hotel opposite Metro

Check in friendly. Wanted to carry my bags to room, but I'm not old yet. Room was fine, perhaps needs more care and a refurbishment soon. Noise from back area from a cafe. Noise insulation poor, as is normal with Turkey. Suggest ear plugs. Opposite Metro station. Breakfast was fine, bit chaotic though. Would happily stay again as place was fine.

Great Location, small rooms, unhelpful staff!!!

The hotel location is excellent, just across the road from the Aksaray Metro station, a very lively area. However, the hotel staff are very unhelpful, for example they see you carrying your luggage on check in & check out, but they don't move a muscle to offer help!!! The rooms are small and need maintenance, but to be frank when we told them to fix somethings in the room, they did it the same day. The breakfast is very basic, needs improvement in view of additional options, but serves the purpose.

It is bad, uncomfortable and a scam, it is not at all as described or even close to the pictures, also it is very much ovee rated and over priced for the stay and the area not to mention that it is very old and half the stuff inside doesn’t work

L’hôtel n’est vraiment pas approprié pour une famille. Les chambre sont trop petite. Les matelas sont horribles. Un mal de dos pas possible. Les ressort des matelas dans le dos toutes la nuit. Nous avons eux des fourmis tous le séjours. Et surtout les abords de l’hôtel ne sont pas propre. Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement. Le dernier jour nous n’avons pas pas eux de ménage dans la chambre. Et surtout l’isolation entre les chambres on entends tous d’une chambre à une autres. Pendants toute le séjour en entende le voisin prendre sa douche ou aller au toilette ect même la conversation. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette hôtel pour la famille.
