Overall not a pleasant experience for the price paid for the stay.. Hotel staff are not friendly at all, breakfast is very very poor, and the room is not comfortable.. Pillows are worn out and not comfortable, curtains are too small not covering the whole window letting the sun in, and the house keeping did not refill the coffee/water except when asked.. A very weird incident we faced is that we had the do not disturb sign on the door and the house keeping entered the room to give us water!! The hotel's location is not bad, close to many shopping places and food, but it has a horrible slope making it very difficult with a baby stroller.

Excellent location, close to a lot of luxury and touristic spots, such as Nisantasi & Taksim. The hotel is immaculate, deserves a higher rating. The staff are all professional and helpful especially Mr Selim and Emircan. I would recommend to families and couples.

When checking in the staff (Ahmet & Fateh)denied that our room came with free breakfast and told us it’s 5 Euros for breakfast I thought there might be a mistake happened during my booking after 2 days I checked my booking and found it was with free breakfast and went back to the staff and they told me will check again they came back and told me that I’m right, I asked for compensation for the 2 days and to talk to the manager but they refused both.

The deluxe suite wasn't to our expectations so we paid extra for an upgrade and were satisfied, there was a kitchenette but no cutlery, crockery or utensils, we had to request for these, no mugs to make tea in, only disposable cups, outside the small hill, where there were steps to climb up to the main road is not suitable for elderly or disabled, the reception and staff were friendly and cooperative, they sent us a few complimentary fresh fruits which was appreciated. Thank you for your kind Turkish hospitality

Pleasant stay but not great wifi

Large rooms. Fine breakfast. Wifi not so great. There are times, surprisingly in the early hours of the morning when it was so slow there was no connection, and at regular hours of the day where it was so-so. The window doesn't fully shut, no street noise but can hear call to prayer. The floorboard has taken some damage so the laminate moves in those areas.

Comfortable, Spacious, Great Customer Service

Great customer service by the reception staff (Tolga & Elif). Very spacious, clean room which we comfortably enjoyed. Limited car parking space caused a bit of trouble (due to unfriendly, aggressive neighbouring hotel staff member), however staff were very supportive and helpful including the accountant whom gave us a hand to resolve the issue. Greatly appreciate their effort and would happily be going there again.

Ok for the price

The hotel was ok. They seem to be in the middle of renovating it so some of the issues were understandable. The breakfast needed some work as options were limited.
