Regarding Expedia Errore I booked 2 time.one with payment,other without payment. I called supporing team and asked tem to cancelled that one without payment cuz pax have not cash. But support team refunded my payment reserve and ask pax to pay at property.

Not very convenient

First, we were promised some things and they weren't there when we got to the hotel so don't believe anything they tell you online. Second, the safe did not work and they did not even care to fix the problem. Third, the staff was not very friendly specially the receptionists and you can tell they have a fake smile and they get easily irritated when asked questions. The cleaning was good but they never refilled the shampoo and sometimes forget to check if we have toilet paper or not. Additionally, they only care to get money from you and don't care much for your satisfaction. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, there was no laundry and to send your laundry outside it was very expensive.
