"I was very pleased with my stay at Hyatt Place. The location was extremely convenient and I really appreciated the free shuttle service that ran until 5:30 PM which saved us from having to take an Uber every time we wanted to get around. The complimentary breakfast until 9:30 AM was also great. Our room and bathroom were very clean, modern, and comfortable.
But I especially want to take a moment to recognize Jorge at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us warmly and consistently made us feel welcome. Not only was he handsome 😂, but what stood out to me most was how genuinely kind, pleasant, professional and helpful he was. He made me feel like his hospitality was truly genuine which I really appreciated that.
When we first got assigned a room we asked to change rooms because of an unpleasant odor, Jorge made the entire process smooth and stress free by quickly assigning us a different room even with a better view. What impressed me even more was that he followed up by telling me to contact the front desk and let him know whether we were satisfied with the new room. That extra effort meant a lot.
Even my son complimented Jorge’s service, which says a lot. Honestly, because of the great service we received I would consider coming back to PR and staying at Hyatt Place again. 😊
Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
