"Really appreciate Jean, an incredibly gracious and kind host, excellent communication and helped us greatly to have an overall excellent stay. The location was perfect for us (my wife and I, 14 year old and 11 year old) to explore the area. Easy walk to downtown Manitou Springs and great hiking spots, very short drive to many of our favorites including the cog railway, Garden of the Gods, and the North Pole. The house itself is really incredible, well maintained, lots of character, each bedroom is unique with its own bathroom, all the rooms were great. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tub (and view from the hot tub) is a really nice bonus. Front porch is a great spot to hang out, you can hear the stream nearby and it is a quiet and scenic neighborhood. Highly recommend."

Literally 2 min walk to the base of the incline and Pikes Peak cog railway. Also a quick walk to restaurants & shops. We would definitely rent again! "
