Be a good neighbor: Please be respectful of our neighbors and community and keep noise to a minimum. No Open Flames or Candles Indoors: Safety is always top priority. Please do not burn candles or have any open flames inside the home. No parties or events without prior approval and event fee payment. We have zero tolerance party policy. We ask that you respect and follow this house rule. We reserve the right to terminate the booking early and/or retain the security deposit if this rule is broken. No pets allowed: We have a zero-tolerance policy for pets. Please keep your furbabies safe with a sitter while you enjoy our home! No smoking allowed: For the health and safety of our guests and our home, we have a strict no smoking policy. Trash is located in the back of the parking lot and is dumped every Tuesday Morning. Please be sure to place the trash inside the bin if you are taking out your garbage. Other: Please alert us immediately if anything breaks or if there is any accidental damage during your stay.
