The room was quite comfortable and quiet despite proximity to the interstate. Good room amenities and furniture arrangement. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door twice the morning of checkout prior to checkout time. She had limited English and could not describe why she knocked. I would prefer to not be interrupted before checkout time.

I had 2 one night stays close together. Despite proximity to the interstate, the room was quiet. Very comfortable and clean. The refrigerator had a small freezer so I could refreeze cooler packs. Very helpful. I would stay again when needed. The first was interrupted by housekeeping knocking on my door twice prior to checkout time. The only issue the second time the bathroom sink drain was clogged. When reported at the desk, he asked maintenance to go right away to check on it.

I booked this because of the mostly positive reviews of how clean it was. Upon arrival I was informed the elevator was down and the only rooms available were on the third floor. This was a little logistically challenging with a baby and toddler to try to carry them and all of our gear up and down several flights of stairs (so if you’re in a similar situation with carriers, etc., maybe call and check the status). I asked if there was a lower floor but there wasn’t. When pulling back the sheets to put toddler to bed, we found food crumbs all over the inside of the bed in our first room, which was concerning. I went down and politely requested a new room and the man at the desk was understanding and switched us to a different room right away. The second room had clean sheets, but smelled very fragrant - almost like laundry scented Febreeze if you’re sensitive to scented things. Overall it was fine for a night- but wanted to warn others in case they are in a similar situation to us traveling with a lot of luggage or with children.
