A great stay and great price

Quick one night stay for a clinic for my daughter and a few friends. Clean, safe, and everyone was very nice. Love the 1/2 wall between the beds and sitting room as that became a sleeping spot and allowed for a little privacy. Also, the location was great and central to eating and shopping.

Expedia ad was this was an accessible room for a person with mobility issues. There was a lot of walking to get to the room, and then the chair in the tub was so far away from the faucets they were not reachable. The connecting to another guest’s room would not lock. When a request was made for a room on the first floor, the response was ‘the one you have is wheelchair accessible’. The issue was not the need for a wheelchair, it is that the elderly person needing the room does not walk well. A wheelchair was not offered to address the customer’s mobility limitations.
