Check-in was impersonal and info wasn’t shared such as scheduled elevator maintenance in the building we were assigned to. This was despite me mentioning we were parked in a disability spot. I asked for quiet room on top floor if possible. He gave us top floor, but it was on the busiest side of the hotel. Very noisy all night from traffic and neighbors. Room service was spotty (came very late or not at all) but good when they showed. Wouldn’t stay there again.

First, they placed us in a room with a strong smell of swear. They refused to change the room because they believed it wasn’t a smell issue. However, the person who was in charge of the service rooms confirmed that it was indeed a problem in that part of the hotel, and they were aware of it.
