The floor i am on, floor 5 is under construction. There are wallas missing. My room didnt even have a number outside. I had 1 towel in a room that sleeps 4. But the room didnt sleep 4. It would be barely able to sleep 3.

We cancelled the reservation and requested a refund. The hotel charged my card prior to checking in without authorization. We did not Stay. I will be contacting my credit card company and contesting.

the personel were very accomadating

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Nothing close
The room that I stayed in this time was not as nice as the one before although i seem to remember it to be good enough. We did have some mix up in the reservation but it was resolved. I like the rooms that face the airport as a personal preferance. The staff were very accomadating.
