I was treated really bad.
The lady at checkout April 16th 8am was very rude. She refused to give a receipt; I explained that when the reservation is made with "pay at the property" the hotel has to issue the receipt or invoiced; she refused it and I had to leave without a receipt. She insisted that Expedia would give me the receipt. it has never been like that when the Pay at the Property is selected. She even pointed that I was yelling at her, when I was just trying to explain. I decided to keep my mouth shot and left without receipt.

I arrived to the hotel 15 minutes before check in after an exhausting drive and I was told that none of the rooms were available and to wait in my car until check in. I returned back in at 3 and I was given a room at the top floor in the corner. The shower had what appeared to be mold and built up residue inside. The ironing board was broken and the pillows were very flat. The parking was tight and after finding a spot I returned to my car full of grass and leaves as if the grass was cut then blown upon my freshly washed white car. Check out was easy but the staff was not friendly and didn’t even ask about my experience. I definitely should have spoken to a manager I usually don’t complain however I was very unhappy with this place.

Clean, comfortable. Close to highway. Sometimes didn't notice any highway noise. Other times, we could hear the traffic noise. Great staff. Good breakfast. Will use as the standard for staying in the area.

Our room had a broken lamp shade and the desk chair was very worn. There was also a musty smell in the air, but overall the accommodations weren't horrible for the price. We only stayed one night. It was nice that there was plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
