Took my family for ONE night for my kids spring break, picked this hotel based on their pool an hot tub advertised. Both the pool an hot tub were closed the whole time we were there. Thinking maybe the free breakfast would make up for the inconvenience but it was not good, bacon was like paper bits and gross and eggs were very peppered. If it wasn't bad enough for that, the room had 2 towels in it and no couch linen even though room was reserved for 5 people. The couch bed was old, uncomfortable and covered in pee stains. The entire hotel reeked of pot. We also got charged $5 after check out for who knows what. I would never bring my family here again. Also because we reserved on Travelocity they said they could offer us nothing to compensate for the stay unless we had been Wyndham points reward holders.

The room as a whole was nice. Although there were so noticeably issues with the room one in particular being the mold inside the shower with the most disturbing issue being the lumpy bed. The bed was visibly lumpy, you can visibly see the dip in the bed from multiple guest stays. The mattress clearly hasn’t been changed out in YEARS. In addition the stiffness of the mattress made it a difficult nights rest the two nights I stayed. Lastly I asked for my room to served because I my guest was coming in the following day not only didn’t I receive full service the housekeeper didn’t even touch up the room with towels, take out the trash, or make the bed. I was highly disappointed at this situation because I asked twice to have full service once at 11am and again at 1pm and I was reasss

Gorgeous hotel. Rooms not made up. 3 night stay. Towels not replaced. Asked front desk for service. Never got it. Breakfast had very small containers for food. 2 days most offerings were empty. Cords from Christmas tree not taped down in food eating area and patron almost fell. Staff was absent more than not at front desk. Sad ..it's a great location. Ample parking. Good beds and linnens

No breakfast by 8:30 also pool was closed because of a wall being down, but all the wall werw fine, my kids look forward to use the pool on every trip and this time they couldn't, also my CC was charged for some changes at 2 and 3 am, called and the lady was very helpfull and told me my rooms didn't have any charges, so we had to cancel or card and dispute the charges
