I booked this home because it looked appealing and seemed like the perfect location for my guests and me, especially for the price. Check-in was smooth; however, although Vrbo lists a 3 PM check-in, the property owner did not allow check-in until after 5 PM. When I asked about checking in at 3 PM, I was told there would be an additional charge.Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the photos appeared outdated and did not reflect the current condition of the property. One bedroom contained bunk beds, which was unexpected and not ideal for an all-adult stay. The oven was not working, and when I contacted the owner, the response time was quite slow, forcing us to make alternate dinner arrangements.There were also maintenance issues: the downstairs bathroom doorknob was broken, the upstairs bed was extremely uncomfortable and unstable, and the upstairs bathroom had multiple problems. To make matters worse, we found a roach on the kitchen counter, which prompted us to check out early.Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.
