This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has everything you need to make your stay in Estes Park unforgettable!

Located right on the river, on Fall River Lane, you cannot beat this location. Close to downtown and the RMNP entrance you'll find it easy to be to your desired location fast! Open the windows and take in the soothing sounds of the river right in the back yard. Fish from home! Enjoy the 2 decks overlooking the river. Grill or roast marshmallows on the fire pit all while enjoying the gorgeous setting of the tree-filled river location.

Inside you will be delighted by the stylish decor. Large smart TV, comfy couch, full kitchen with island, dining table, reading nook and electric fireplace make this main floor living area the place you will want to be. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, electric stove and oven, farm sink and beautiful granite countertops. Dine in style at the rustic dining table for 6. Deck access right off this amazing living area making it easy to breeze in and out with food and drinks or to open the door and listen to the river while you relax.

Main floor also features the master queen bedroom with full attached bath. You will love the cozy ambiance of this bedroom! The river sounds from this room will lull you to sleep! Watch your favorite shows on the TV while you snuggle in for the night in the queen bed. The attached full bathroom is gorgeous! The walk-in shower with beautiful tile work (no tub) is the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking. Double sink vanity is perfect for 2!

On the main level you'll also find the second full bathroom with a tub and shower combo and single sink vanity.

Lower level living area features lower level deck access where you can enjoy the fire-pit and river view. Living area has a couch for you to read, nap or simply relax.
