The hotel was conveniently located and budget-friendly, the staff were very friendly & helpful, but the room had obvious maintenance issues (leaky faucet, slow-running drain, burnt-out vanity lights). We only stayed one night, so it wasn't hard to tolerate, just a bit bothersome.

The stay was nice only there for one night. The only issue I had was checking in. I arrived around midnight. I had reserved a room several weeks in advance. I couldn't check in due to the fact they had no clean rooms. I had to wait approximately 15 min. My question...how long would i had to wait if i arrived about 4:30. The staff was nice..wasn't their fault. Would have been nice if they offered something for my inconvenience. It was a very hot day, i had been up since 4am worked 8 hrs was on the road for 5 hrs. I was ready to rest and lay down when i arrived. But unfortunately I wasn't able to. I hadvto wait.

The hotel was good it has a pizza place around and they deliver to the room ,they have a bar and a restaurant inside, the pool is divided into 3 sections , the mall is around the corner and various of restaurants, they have an ok gym my family enjoyed this hotel

Check-in was a disaster, as ONLY staff member was not present when about 25 people arrived to check in. Apparently he was fixing Wifi. He told me that the other staff member had called out. Check-in process was slow, and was interrupted by several guests whose entry cards were not working. Lobby and hallways were uncomfortably warm. Hallways did not smell fresh.

Overall is clean and pleasant. Lobby was hot, only one staff member checking people in on Saturday evening. Instead of self paying for snacks, must wait in line with check ins to pay. Elevators very slow. Sofa and carpet in room was stained and torn. Water in sink was cold water only. I did have enough towels and washcloths. Breakfast was good.

Disappointing, smelly room

Noone had mowed or done any landscaping--lots of weeds growing. Beds were comfortable. Room had bad smell, like old mildew. Mold marks on bathroom ceiling. Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. Breakfast food tasted fake, except the potatoes tasted normal. Exercise room was not air conditioned. Waited 40+ minutes to check in. Hot water was available in lobby. Courtesy of staff was excellent, but they were clearly understaffed. Shower handle hard to turn. Only 1 lamp in room, plus a light by the door. Very dim. Light in bathroom was just behind the mirror, no overhead. No fan in bathroom. No tissues in bathroom. Fresh towels were delivered daily. We stayed here when it was a Holiday Inn, but WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. LACK OF MAINTENANCE! Need new carpet and new air conditioning filter.

Just okay.

Not great, but not bad. Beds were comfortable and I liked the various pillow options. The room had various noticeably dirty spots such as a hair ball near the entrance inside our room. Felt slightly pricy for the condition.

Average stay at an average property

Check in was very slow. Rooms not ready and many people waiting. The one front desk employee allowed angry people to interrupt the order of the waiting line, which accomplished nothing and made the process much longer for everyone. Room smelled like cat litter. Alarm in the room. Next door went off for about an HOUR starting very early.

Great place to stay!! Large parking lot, nightly rate is VERY worth it! Best quality for the price I think I’ve ever seen. Check-in was easy, Sheetz right next door with-in walking distance, room is clean and I feel safe! I am someone who will only stay in safe and clean hotels, but that don’t break the bank. This fits my standards very well!! Would highly recommend!

2 out of 3 elevators did not work. The fitness center was too hot, the scale did work properly ( it said I lost 20 pounds in one day) and the back of the weight bench collapsed cause a back muscle strain. Like all motel breakfast buffets, the French toast had a woefully inadequate amount of egg/milk resulting in a dry piece of bread. The eggs, yogurt with toppings were very good.

Loved the breakfast buffet and the large pool. Common areas like elevators and foyer area wasn’t cleaned regularly. Breakfast buffet chafing and bread containers were not clean. Hand lots of handprints and could tell they didn’t bother to wipe them down. Staff was very friendly.
