Overall average visit except the cleanliness could definitely be better. Dusty tables and lamps, shower drain was clogged, very outdated building. Poor pillows and pilled sheets. Employees were pleasant and helpful. I wasn’t thrilled with the lock on my rooms door and the door would get stuck open. Also, outside doors say they are locked but they are not which is a safety issue

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good (though typical of a budget hotel continental breakfast), but I simply cannot recommend this Comfort Inn to anyone until it undergoes a complete renovation. "Dated" doesn't describe it. "Completely worn down" does. The carpet in our room was so disgusting. Mismatched touch-up paint on every blessed wall, counter and door. Cracked grout and plaster. Stained bathtub. Only one elevator running. Sorry.

Sept 2025 Suite Stay

Use of cleaning products for the bathroom should be left to rest then cleaned or maybe other products should be used. I personally cleaned the tub with my own products and it was cleaner than when I arrived. The breakfast was great, wish there were a few more options. The pool was nice and clean. The suite was nice, a lot of the good TV channels weren't accessible due to connectivity. Wifi was decent. Ample amount of parking.

Hello, we stayed at the comfort inn at the park at Hershey pa on Mae street. We stayed at the fifth floor with our family who stayed on the 4th floor and we had young kids (4 kids total) we were not told they were waiting on maintenance to fix their other elevator when we had to take 4 young children up 4 flights of steps after swimming and my gf has a broken arm w a cast and had to help carry them with bags as well with me. That was not right. Also, our hotel room smelled like paint and we had two dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and one dirty towel hanging in the sink room. The shower was very loud and making a banging screeching noise the whole time. We usually stay here every year for our family vacation and we will not be staying again next year. The money we spent was not worth what we got for the holiday weekend.

So close to everything

Would stay again. It’s so close to Hershey Park / Chocolate World, about 5 minute drive. They also have ducks hanging around the hotel that you can feed for .50 cents they sell in the lobby. Restaurants are all around. Overall good location.

We were given a room with a running toilet. After we were in our room for almost an house we went to dinner. We got the receptionist that the toilet was running. She texted maintenance while we were there. Whenwe csme back she told us it was fixed. It was not. We brought it up again and we got a room switched. Our shower was horrible. It always was making a weird aound. We had to turn the shower head off then back on to get the water to stop making the sounds. It also would only despense super hot water which was terrible for my kids 9 and 11

I had a hard time find hotel gps took us to the outlet parking lot we saw the hotel but didn’t no how to enter till we went out the back side of outlet and saw a small sign make it bigger so people can see it Room was good but toilet sits too low to the floor and I felt like I was sitting on the floor I have a bad knee and can’t hardly bend my leg so it was very hard for me to sit on it without help from my husband also couldn’t close the curtains they only go so far I don’t like the light to come in at night when trying to sleep please fix these . Bed was too hard and pillows were way to soft felt like I was just sleeping with head on bed that’s why I always bring ours other then that hotel was very nice

Don't waste your money. Very dirty place.

Our stay was not so great. Therugs in the hallway were old and dirty. The house keeper didnt show up to clean our room and we didn't get any bath towel. When we finally did go to the front desk to let them know our room wasn't clean and that we needed towels, we did not even get an apology from the lady at the front desk. We will never stay their again

Hidden Little Gem!!!

Nice little hidden gem. My wife and I went for a concert. Even though our room was towars a highway, we couldn't even hear it! Room was clean, shower was how, and the bed was super comfortable. I will be going back. I recommend this place if you want a little quiet place that you can relax and unwind at.
