Room was cleaned to perfection. Crib was waiting in the room with bedding upon check-in. Free breakfast was good and parking was free and easy. Pool was warm. Night clerk was extremely helpful. Great place to stay near Hershey Park!

The person on the front desk was excellent. She went out of her way to make sure she had an accessible room for my husband, even though we didn't initially request one. She even kept looking after we left and ended up switching our room. She was friendly with our daughter and had a great personality. She set the tone for the whole stay and it was wonderful. Especially enjoyed the waffles for breakfast.
