Was nice hotel to stay at. Pool area a little small and stuffy. Receptionist wasn’t very nice. Key cards were a pain if you touched your phone with one they reset and had to go to front desk for new one. Front desk was kinda rude about it too.

Staff was very friendly and the pool was great! The bathrooms had some broken faucets and towel racks and the beds were very firm. Overall it was a good stay but definitely could improve on comfort.

It’s never a good idea to put a whole family above people that are trying to sleep below, especially when there is no sound barrier and all they wanna do is stomp and stomp and stomp. I’ve never in my life been so stressed out in a hotel, never! And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the hotel itself will send you a text at 8 AM asking you what time you’re leaving! It’s a good thing I wasn’t sleeping because if that woke me up when I was trying to relax, I would’ve been so pissed. I was too busy to eat, listening to the inconsiderate bunch upstairs pounding on the floor. I went there to relax, but I had zero relaxation. I will say the room was very clean and nice. There’s nothing against the room, but the place was not a good place to relax. That’s for sure.

This hotel is in need of a very deep clean. There’s blood on the walls in the gym, the room did not look like it was cleaned between guests (except for the linens), overflowing garbage outside with animal excrements. There’s signs that say if you want a refund, you have to ask within 20 minutes of checking in. So, they know it’s bad. The washing machines are all out of order except one. I’m not sure how the breakfast was as there was no way we were eating there based off the lack of cleanliness. The staff was very nice, though. This place has potential, it just needs some elbow grease.

This is a very clean room and hotel. Bathroom is up to date. Breakfast is only cereal and drinks and apples. We would recommend staying here. Also a good, safe location.
