Not much to like here.. Property not taken care of.. broken drawers poor lighting, heater/ac cover fell off several times. TV was useless even though it was on dish. We stayed here years ago a few times and it wasn't like this then. Very disappoiting

Negative Five Star Hotel

Travelocity should be embarrassed to even offer this hotel, rooms have outside entrance and sidewalks were not shoveled, rooms heater sounded like a bad Diesel engine running, bathroom tub/shower was nasty, soap from hotel was probably from WWII, the paper was stained and yucky, the towels about made me barf, they had stains all over them.

Motel close to Mercer.

No hot water the first day. Take your own soap. Only a wash cloth and undersized towel. Terry cloth supposedly but more like sand paper. Thread count on sheets about 125. Price on Internet not accurate. More like $75.00 a day including $3.00 day resort fee. What a joke. This is a $39.00 a day room. Terrible value for the money. Avoid at all costs.

Worst stay possible...

Pros: there are non!
Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast, dirty, staff doesnt care, housekeeping is horrible
First off I was charged a double deposit when I booked. Upon arrival it was refunded again after an hour of conversation and phone calls. When we got to the room it looked just like the pictures like i had hoped....untill we looked closer at it. There was a smokey smell (Non-Smoking room) patches of missing paint on the walls, mildew and stains in bathroom, rusted faucets, piles of debri and dirt behind bathroom door and thats just from sight....When turning on the Tub there were clear foot prints in filth on the tub. The jacuzzi had hair dirt and debri floating in it when we filled it. The bed was not correct for the frame so the slightest movement and it dropped to the floor. windows were covered in fingerprints and dust. The shades on the window were from the 60's and would not move they were pinned shut otherwise they were open. The motel is under renovation I was told when I checked in but that is no excuse for the condition in and out. Mattresses piled in the yard behind the motel, bulding material everywhere. Continetal breakfast consisted of the hired construction workers drinking the entire pot of coffee...no food nothing. the wifi was slow and you could only get 1 bar on and off from the room which was only 75ft from the office and the visable router. Housekeeping was a joke, we got fresh towels and the comforter was thrown over the pillows. We had left a few items on the bed by mistake and when we returned they were under the comforter....the sheet wasnt even made. overall to make this stay the least bit comfortable we had to clean the room, bathroom and jacuzzi ourselves, buy air freshener and get up early and go out to breakfast. There is a ton of other things to complain about here but as I was told when i made complaints "Sorry" there just isnt enough time to sit here and write it all down. This was quite possibly the worst stay I have ever had. I will be publishing my review locally as well as submitting to all sights this hotel/motel is listed on...Buyer beware....if you want a good stay go to ANY chain motel and you will pay less and be happy.

Bang for the buck

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Came down from Ontario with my wife to visit the historical sites near by and the Grove City Outlets. I had such a wonderful time. I must say that the accommodations here at Colonial Inn have been magnificent. The rooms are beautiful and the people that work here are so nice and accommodating. This is a top notch motel. I will come again to enjoy another stay. Thank you for making my stay memorable.
