The carpet, however, was very grubby looking which was off putting. The restaurants are excellent and the service amazing. The concierge team were so helpful. My one BIG complaint is that if you want to sit by the pool you must spend a minimum of €45 each at the pool bar/restaurant. You may sit on the beach and use the pool for free. This is the first time I have ever had to pay like this as a guest of a hotel. It left us feeling very disappointed in the place."
